Return & Exchange
We want our customers to be happy therefore our policy is full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order on defective item(s) only. To be eligible for a return the item(s) must be returned unused, in original packaging with hangtags attached. If 7 days have gone by since your receiving item(s), we have the right to refuse you a refund or exchange.
Before you return your item(s) we ask that you contact us at t.saltybird@gmail.com, mention your name and the reason for returning the item(s). Once you have received authorization from us please mail item(s) to:

We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 30 days, or replacement. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Cancellations
If items have been shipped, saltybirdsurf.com reserves the right to refuse order cancellation.
International Customs Charges
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Salty Bird does not have any control over these charges or is unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to paid by the customer on delivery of order.

All Pricing is in US dollars and subject to change without notice. All other currencies are converted from U.S. Dollars according to the most up to date conversion rates.
Washing Care
Salty Bird Surf Bikinis are manufactured with top quality nylon lycra. To care for your Salty Bird swimsuit avoid contact with rough surfaces, sun lotions and bleaching agents. Hand rinse after every use. Gently squeeze out excess water and line dry in shade. NEVER tumble dry. Good care will help extend the life of your Salty Bird swimsuit.
